I need job numbers, PO numbers, or other custom bits of text on the invoices sent to me. How can I get that?

The easiest way is to simply make those part of your scene file name. Each scene file name shows up as a line item on the automatically generated invoices our billing system kicks out every night. Hence, anything you put in your scene file name will ultimately make it to the invoice.
