Do you support rendering scenes created in educational versions of a render application?

Yes and no. Softimage, for example, will refuse to render scenes created in the educational version when launched under the commercial version. Most other applications do not have that limitation. All of our software is licensed commercially, so if your render app is one that has this restriction, your scene file will need to be saved in a commercially licensed copy of the software prior to submitting it to us. Please understand that is not our problem and not something we can assist with. The render application vendor put this restriction in place for a reason, and we are not here to circumvent it for you.
