Do you have a phone number I can call for help?
In short, no. The reasons for this are many, and some of them are discussed in our blog post here. This may change over time as our customer base grows.
We support any and all customers via Email, and only via Email. No other support channel is available. This streamlines our support process, centralizes our support efforts, and is the easiest and most ubiquitous method of communicating with all of our customers around the world.
There has not been any technical challenge that we have not been able to both understand and address effectively via email, so give it a try. We strive for quick responses during business hours and have been known to respond during off hours on many occasions as well.
